Golf shoes must be unused and in original shoebox.
Head covers and towels must be clean and undamaged.
Accessories like ball markers must be unused and in original packaging.
Items that are used, worn, damaged, or missing packaging may be refused and returned to sender.

We do not supply pre-paid return labels. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with our return address. You must return the item at your own cost using a tracked postal service. Returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was delivered to ensure smooth processing.
