2. Design Mockups & Drafts
- Design drafts, mockups, and concepts created by Custom Sports Group remain our property until final delivery.

- A watermark and copyright notice may be applied to all design previews and proposals to ensure proper attribution and protection.
3. Pricing & Orders
- All prices on this website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
- Pricing is subject to change without notice, and confirmed orders require either written acceptance or upfront payment as agreed.
- Bulk order discounts and package deals are subject to availability and may vary depending on customisation and order quantity.

- No custom items will be produced until payment has been received and confirmed.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

- If an item is faulty or not as approved in the final design proof, we will repair, remake, or replace the item in line with Australian Consumer Law.
6. Lead Times & Delivery
- Production and shipping timeframes will be advised at the time of ordering and may vary depending on order size and customisation.
- Custom Sports Group is not responsible for delays caused by third-party freight carriers or external suppliers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Sports Group disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or expense resulting from:
