Where are you based?
We’re proudly based on the Gold Coast, Australia, where all of our products are designed and produced in-house.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes! We have our own custom-designed showroom located in Robina on the Gold Coast, open by appointment only. You’re welcome to book a visit to view our product range, feel the materials, and explore the custom options available. It’s the perfect way to see our craftsmanship up close and discuss your ideas in person.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard production turnaround is approximately 45 days from final design approval.
For larger orders, turnaround times vary depending on the size and complexity of the project — please contact our team directly to discuss your specific requirements.
Do you own your own factory?
Yes! We’re proud to be factory owners, meaning we manage the entire design and production process ourselves. This allows us to maintain premium quality standards, fast communication, and full creative control over every piece.
What materials do you use?
We use premium synthetic leather that’s durable, waterproof, and made to last. It’s the perfect balance of function and finish — designed to perform on the field or green, and look good doing it.
Can I customise anything I want?
Pretty much! If you can dream it, we can build it. Whether it’s golf bags, headcovers, umbrellas, hats, or accessories — we create completely one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect your vision.
What if the product I want isn’t on your website?
No problem at all! If there’s a product you’d like to customise that you don’t see listed, just get in touch. We can source it, design it, and work with you to bring it to life — from concept to production.
