  Returns Period

  You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to notify us of your intention to return or exchange an eligible item. After approval, you’ll have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Returns submitted outside of this 28-day window may not be accepted.

  Condition of Return

  Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging included.

  Examples of acceptable returns:

  • Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Golf shoes must be unused and in original shoebox.
  • Head covers and towels must be clean and undamaged.
  • Accessories like ball markers must be unused and in original packaging.

  Items that are used, worn, damaged, or missing packaging may be refused and returned to sender.

  How to Return Your Order

  We do not supply pre-paid return labels. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with our return address. You must return the item at your own cost using a tracked postal service. Returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was delivered to ensure smooth processing.

  Custom-Made Items Are Final Sale

  Please note: This policy does not apply to custom-made products such as golf bags, umbrellas, or personalised items. These are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
